Point Cook Anti-Wrinkle and Beauty Clinic is seeking an
enthusiastic full time
Beauty Therapist to work in our newly established
Anti-Wrinkle and Beauty Clinic.
This position will primarily be based in Point Cook;
however some traveling to our head office in St Kilda
and other clinics in the South Eastern and Western
Suburbs will be necessary.
A travel allowance and mobile phone will be provided.
The successful candidate will need to posses the following
skills and attributes:
? A diploma in Beauty Therapy and at least 2 years experience
in a Beauty Salon managerial position
? Achieve high standards of client satisfaction by providing
exceptional customer service
? Strong Customer Service and Sales focus
? A creative and later thinker
? Ability to work autonomously
? A history of working with General Practitioner is desirable,
however not necessary.
? Excellent written and verbal skills
? Ability to learn in house software packages with training provided
? Confident in using word, excel and other Microsoft office programs
? Excellent at multi-tasking and following policy and procedures
? Self motivate
? Exceptional organizational skills
? Ability to generate end of day sales reports and handling of
daily takings
? Ability to answer phone queries and provide treatment and
skin care advice to walk in customers
As the sole Beautician of our Anti-Wrinkle and Beauty Clinic you will be responsible for the reception desk, appointment bookings, invoicing and receipting and marketing activities. You will report directly to Point Cook Superclinic Practice Manager.
As a therapist you will assist our General Practitioners with
Anti-Wrinkle treatments, perform facials and conduct consultations
with potential and current clients regarding cosmetic products and
anti-aging treatments.
The ideal candidate will have exceptional administrative and marketing skills and will be knowledgeable and passionate about the beauty industry. You will be hard working, highly organized, punctual, professional and well presented.
The future candidate will be required to participate in initial
and ongoing training programs.
Whilst not mandatory, candidates with knowledge about Botox®,
Juve´derm® and other Anti-Wrinkle treatments will be well regarded.
This is a full time position. Some after hours and weekend work will
be required.
